East Timor Libraries Study Tour Report

Patti Manolis, Manager of Library Services for the Maribyrnong City Council, was awarded a scholarship from the State Library of Victoria for the purpose of undertaking a study tour of libraries and community building activity in East Timor over May / June 2004. This report is the result of her tour.
